"Dolphin Daze" comfortably sleeps 16 guests! The spacious layout includes: Master bedroom #1 features a King Bed with bathroom in room, Bedroom # 2 features King Bed; Bedroom # 3 features King Bed; Bedroom #4 features 2 Queen beds, and Bedroom #5 features a bunk room with 2 sets of twin over full bunks. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room as well.

All bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TV's and are ready to stream your favorite shows or movies. There are wrap around porches on all 3 levels with walk out french doors, equipped with relaxing chairs. It's the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the dramatic fiery sunsets.

You will feel right at home in the spacious living room designed with a modern coastal feel and adjoining dining room/kitchen. The first floor outdoor patio area includes a gas grill and spacious area to relax. The home has a large laundry room on the first floor equipped with washer & dryer for guest use.

Dolphin Daze has many amenities exclusively available to owners/guests of the Emerald Shores community including 2 pools (heated seasonally), tennis court, basketball court, shuffle board, seasonal golf cart tram service , besch chair rental,  bike rental onsite, private beach, beach pavilion with private bathrooms, and a private beach cabana bar with snacks & drinks for guests to purchase.

Complimentary Essentials Starter Items include:

* 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom

* 1 roll of paper towels

* 1 dishwasher pod

* 1 small dish soap

* Bar soap in each bathroom

* 1 trash bag in main trash can and 1 liner in each bathroom trash bin

** (The complimentary essentials are to get you started, and are not intended to last entire trip. Cleaning supplies, toiletries, trash bags, and paper goods will need to purchased by guests for their stay.)**

* We provide bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. Beach Towels are not provided, guests will need to provide their own during stay.

**Small pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Owner must approve pet and pets must be crated when guests are not in home. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $275 payable directly to owner after booking if pet is approved.**

*NO rental services are included with this home, including but not limited to: Golf Cart, Beach Chair and Umbrella Service, Bike Rental, Water Toys, or Tours. These items require a rental/service fee and or are obtained through a third party vendor. Wristbands are required for Private beach, Pavilion, ES community areas. There is a $30 per house fee for Emerald Shores wristbands, payable in person only to pavilion staff.

*Check in time is 4:00pm. The booking app has an automated feature that allows guest to choose desired check in time, please note check in time is still 4:00pm unless otherwise confirmed with owner prior to arrival. If early check in (10am-3pm) or late check out (until 1pm) can be accommodated, there will be a $100 fee. Please check with host to determine if early check in or check out is possible.
