IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Starter Essentials Provided:
Initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, bar soap, dishwasher pod, and trash bags. Guests may need to purchase additional items for their stay.
Towels:
Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths provided.
Beach towels not provided.
Pet Policy:
Small pets may be approved by owner prior to arrival.
$275 non-refundable fee applies. Pets must be crated when unattended.
Wristbands:
Emerald Shores wristbands required for beach and amenity access.
$30 per house/per entire stay (not per guest), paid directly to pavilion staff at beach.
Check-In:
4:00 PM.
Early check-in/late check-out may be available for $100 if approved by owner.
No Included Rentals:
Golf carts, beach chairs, umbrellas, bike rentals, and water toys are not included but can be rented through third-party vendors.

We highly recommend booking Peaceful Pelican. The host, Mandy, was a pleasure to work with. She was vey prompt in answering questions and accommodating us. We had 3 families with teenagers. I suggest renting the golf cart they offer. It is half the price of other rentals in the area!!! They also offer bikes which the teens loved. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We loved all the laundry baskets and beach towels in case guests forgot to pack those. We love the Emerald Shores community. We have stayed here for the past 30 years. Will definitely book with this host again. What a great experience.

We loved this house! Close to beach, pool, Restaurants and more! We had a blast on the golf cart and the bikes were a great addition. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything we needed was there from extgra pillows and blankets to a beach bag - they thought of everything! The host, Mandy, was awesome as well, super quick and friendly to work with. I will recommend this house to all my friends visiting the area and we will definitely be back! Book it!
Amazing location and home!
We loved our stay at this beautiful home in an awesome location! We were so close to the beach and pool and the beach pavilion makes it feel like a resort! We rented to golf cart and it was such a fun addition to our stay. We will be back again and again!
Great for All Ages
A very comfortable stay for three families with ages from 3 to 83. A super close walk to the beach and a pool. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need (and groceries are close!). The house is also nicely renovated and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Simply the best!
The renovations, amenities, and location are all A+! There is enough space for multiple families and everything is super comfortable. I recommend renting the golf cart to make trips easier but there’s plenty of food, and convenience store options within walking distance. Highly recommend this place! We’ll be back next year.

Perfect as a Peach
We loved our stay at the Peaceful Pelican! It has been completely renovated with guests in mind. The lofts and bunks were perfect for little kids and teenagers alike. The beachside community is darling and there is so much to do all around the beach house making it the perfect location! Cant wait to come back!
