How far are your vacation rental homes from the beach?
All of our Destin and Miramar Beach vacation homes are within a short walking distance of the beach, with some located directly across the street from beach access. Beach access varies by property. Yes! All of our vacation rental properties have access to a beach entrance with a ramp.

What is the minimum age to rent a vacation home?

Are the swimming pools heated?
Most of our vacation rental homes offer access to seasonally heated swimming pools, typically heated from mid-October through Easter. Pool heating schedules and availability vary by property. Please check your specific vacation rental listing.
Is beach chair and umbrella service included with the rental?
Beach chair and umbrella service is not included in the vacation rental rate. However, paid beach chair and umbrella rental services are available near our properties through independent beach service vendors. Guests can arrange and pay for beach chair service directly with the vendor.
Our vacation homes may also have beach chairs available for guest use. Guests are welcome to use any beach chairs present at the property, although availability and condition are not guaranteed.
Do your vacation rental homes include bicycles for guests?
Many of our Destin and Miramar Beach vacation homes have bicycles available for guests to use during their stay. Bike availability varies by property and is not guaranteed. Please review your specific vacation rental listing for details about available bikes.
Are golf carts available to rent during our vacation?

Yes! We love furry friends and offer dog-friendly vacation rentals with prior approval. Certain dog breeds are permitted, and a $275 pet fee applies to approved pets. How many vehicles can we park at our vacation rental home?
Parking availability varies by property. Each Destin and Miramar Beach vacation rental listing includes information about the number of vehicles permitted and available parking spaces. Are parties or large gatherings allowed at your vacation rental homes?
Our vacation homes are designed for relaxing family vacations and group getaways, but parties and unauthorized large gatherings are not permitted.
Guests must follow the property's maximum occupancy limits, observe designated quiet hours, and respect neighboring homes and guests.
We want everyone to enjoy their Emerald Coast vacation while maintaining a comfortable and welcoming environment for the surrounding community.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Our standard vacation rental check-in and check-out times are:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM on your arrival date
- Check-out: 10:00 AM on your departure date
Detailed arrival instructions and check-in information will be provided before your stay.
Can we request early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for a small additional fee, depending on the property schedule and cleaning requirements. During peak vacation seasons or when reservations are booked back-to-back, we may not be able to accommodate these requests. If you're arriving early or departing later in the day, we recommend exploring local luggage storage options so you can enjoy more time in Destin or Miramar Beach.
When will my vacation rental security deposit be refunded?
Security deposits are automatically released and returned within seven days after checkout, provided there are no damages or other applicable charges. The timing of when funds appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
