Parking & Guest Access

Guests have access to the vacation home and eligible Emerald Shores community amenities during their stay.

The driveway accommodates approximately 3–4 vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Additional community parking is available at the 2 pools, subject to community rules and availability.

Locked owner closets, cabinets, storage bins, and other designated owner areas are strictly off-limits to guests.

Emerald Shores wristbands are required, with a $30 charge per house per stay.

Important Rental Policies & Check-In Information

Minimum Rental Age

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and may be required to provide a valid driver's license or government-issued identification. Reservations that do not meet rental requirements may be subject to cancellation under the applicable booking terms.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard check-in: 4:00 PM
• Standard check-out: 10:00 AM

Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the property manager. Automated booking platform check-in time selections do not override the standard 4:00 PM check-in unless separately approved.

The Lazy Marlin uses exterior security cameras for property security. There are no interior security cameras.
